• Never grant access to an unknown person who contacts you unexpectedly.
• Initiate support yourself through a verified official channel.
• Keep operating systems, security software, and applications updated.
• If access was granted, disconnect from the internet, scan the device, change sensitive passwords from another device, and contact your bank.
